I have a 2nd generation 8gb ipod touch. A couple of my apps (mood pad, backgrounds, cookie doodle, etc.) save pictures to the saved photos album. Is there any way to move these pictures into other albums? Could I create an album called mood pad and put all mood pad pictures in it? or make one called backgrounds and put backgrounds in it?
you would have to move the pics on your itouch to your computer and organize the folders/albums through there than sync the folders/albums onto your ipod when you have the pics where you want them

I have a iPhone,and iPhone can copy pictures out of it directly?when you connect iPhone with computer, you will see a icon in my computer! what’s difference between iTouch and iPhone?
if you want to transfer pictures and other like music and movie,I use a tool named iphone transfer,it’s very easy to use. if you have some trouble with itunes,maybe you can try this tools.
the name is isharesoft ipod/iphone transfer,I am not sure it work for iTouch,but it’s free to trial, so you can get a try.

i’m not sure, though there is an app called ephotochest, you can put photos into different folders and put a passcode so no one else can see them
